Android Question Layout Help

I am a noob in designing layout using B4A, i just want to ask ideas or help in designing this particular layout. I cant seem to have an idea on what views should i use for some parts.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

The icons at the top are simple images. You can use ImageViews to build it.

thanks Erel but how can i align them specially if i want to make a responsive layout with support to multiple resolution. Is it possible for me to get the center position of each button so i can place my imageviews at the midddle every time the program is executed?

also how i make my button or imageview have a different image every time it is hovered by the user's finger?

You can set the buttons images with the designer. You can use different images to the different button states.
