license file missing

After the installation deleted my 6.5 files, I reinstalled 6.50 to have both versions on my desktop.
I can launch B4PPC and open any program file in both versions but when I click a program file it complains that the license file is missing, although in the two program directories it is present.

I will send you a new file which will hopefully fix it.
