B4J Question Listen to Key Presses When Not in Foreground?

Hey guys,

Is there any way that you can get a B4J app to listen to key presses when it's not in the 'foreground'?

So for instance, if you were browsing in Chrome and hit keyboard shortcut, you could get it to pop up or perform an action? It's fine if the app is open in a window, it just needs to do this when it's behind other apps...
