Loading libraries

I cannot figure out how to load libraries. The Beginner's Guide manual has a picture of a screen with a Libs tab at the bottom, but I cannot figure out how to display that screen. Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to load a library?

When you start B4A, at the right hand side of the screen at the bottom you should see tabs labelled "Modules" "Files" "Logs" "Libs".

Click on the word "Libs" and you will get a list of available libraries in the space above.

You can then select/deselect the libraries as needed.

Thank you. I was so busy looking for some external window that would be displayed if I clicked on a menu like File, I did not think to look right on the main screen.
