Android Question Locking Android out from shutting down service

Can you show me how to protect my service from being shut down by Android?

Maybe you can upload an app the does this so I can see the technique involved.

I'm testing my app with the Android 4.2 version.

You can set your service as a sticky service or use StartServiceAt
