Locking app to landscape or portrait mode via code

i have to do an option to lock the app in landscape or portrait mode, via code, and thus avoid rotation
(i cannot do the static mode via project > orientations)
can you help me?

See this thread, it allows various Orientations, so you'd just need to set the one you want.
