"partner" with in a start up business to develop games..

This would be a true 50/50 business partnership.

Just saw your message but many things were unclear so i decided to reply.
Firstly, you say it is a 50/50 partnership. Have you got any graphics skills or have arranged for graphics. How do we distribute the workload?
Secondly, what kind of game is it? What is the complexity and how long do you think development will run?
