Android Question make views unclikable when i place a panel in front

Hi guys, im trying to make my own progressdialog using panels and putting them in front of my views. All is looking ok and i am able to display my custom progressdialog but i am still able to click the views underneath my panel. How can i disable them? so that they can only be clicked after i hide my panel

You'll have to consume the click-touch event on the panel

Insert

Sub panel_click

End sub

And do whatever (or nothing) on this Sub
