Awesome App

Hi there, just downloaded your app and my son loves it, he's in 2nd grade and it is a very nice way for him to practice his math, i wrote a nice review about on google play.
one question though.
How did you accomplish the effect of the sign that comes out and it gets bigger until it goes off the screen, i believe this sign shows when you get a wrong answer and the word fails comes out, but it gets bigger as it comes out and then it disappears.

would you mind sharing this info?

thanks,
Walter

Thanks a lot for your post Walter and thanks also for trying it and even reviewing the app!!. Really glad your son likes it. The truth is that it might be an interesting and fun method to practice maths. I have improved my calculation skills a lot just betatesting the app and the calculations a million times hehe

B4X:
   ImgFail.Initialize("ImgFail")
   Activity.AddView(ImgFail,50%x,0.50*AltoDisponible,10%x,0.6323*10%x)
   ImgFail.Bitmap=LoadBitmap(File.DirAssets,"imgfail.png")
   ImgFail.Gravity=Gravity.FILL
   ImgFail.Visible=True
   ImgFail.BringToFront
   AniFail.InitializeScaleCenter("AniFail1",0,0,30%x,30%x*0.6323,ImgFail)
   AniFail.Duration=3500
   AniFail.Start(ImgFail)

where AltoDisponible is activity.height-50dip (for the ad) and 0.6323 is the image proportion between image height and image width

Thanks and Cheers ;-)

Thanks to you Walter. I am from Spain, living in Madrid.
Yes I did most animations with the animation library.
Had a lot of problems moving objects and at the same time made them clickable so some of them had to move them manually just moving the view around. I have read your review. Thanks!
