Android Question Mini Thermal Printer

I bought a Chinese printer two weeks now.I tried to print via Bluetooth works fine but USB doesn't.I tried to use thier SDK both Bluetooth and USB works fine with eclipse project.B4AUSBSerial always fails to open USB Device and raises ERROR could not open USB port.This is the place i found both examples http://www.zjiang.com/support.asp.Has someone Wrap their lib.If not i will like someone show me the basic steps of wrapping this third party jar file.Only basic steps i'm knocking my head on this...

I know B4A and don't know Java. So when I buy the new device with SDK provided in Jar file, what should I do? Do we have tutorial on this ? I also want to learn how to compile a given Jar file and use it in B4A.

What do you bought a thermal portable label or ticketing printer?
You don't really need that lib I guess, I've done everything sending serial codes to the printer, and no pb
