What is the question? Which feature do you need? Android and iOS are not the same...

Question is for iOS. I want to know following details...
1) Wifi is enabled or not.
2) Is device connected to WiFi
3) SSID of connected WiFi network

You can check whether the device is connected to a Wifi network with:

B4X:

Dim server As ServerSocket
Dim IsConnected As Boolean = server.GetMyWifiIp <> "127.0.0.1"

It is possible to get the SSID but it requires requesting the location permission. See this thread: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/ios-13-ssid-and-bssid-problem.108436/#content

It is not possible find whether wifi is disabled.
