Android Question Modified app cannot co-exist with original

Hi All,
I have an app that connects to a device via bluetooth.
I wanted to connect to the device via USB (The device has both)

So I cloned the entire app directory, changed the name ripped out the BT stuff and put in the USB stuff.
So far so good

When I compile the USB app it over writes the BT app and vice versa.
So where is the information to modify, so each app will co exist on the same tablet ?

The package name identifies the app to Android
Project -> Build Configurations -> Package
