Anyone know if I can give money back to the client that has purchased an inapp product or bought a paid app and after what period ?

It seems the money back garantee is an issues that the users not understand ... I pay 1$ I will never see my money back ...

I guess a good practice to increse sales is to explain to the user how he will get his money back if they do not like the app...

It sais that if the user keep the app for 10 days it will keep it and never ask for money back ...so you can advertise by saying I will give you money back 3 month after the purchase ?

but what period do the google play mechanism allow you to give money back ?

i think there is no time limit for that.

you just need to go to your Google Payment Wallet Center and then look for the purchase and click on it and then click on Refund.
the user should get his money back. i dont know if he will still be able to use your app but the money should be refund to him.

I once published a paid app without IAP library. And some people purchased it then backup apk file then refund money. Well, it's all my fault for being lazy :rolleyes:
