Android Question MPEG Solution - Help To Translate From VB6

Hello everyone, I've been looking for a solution to use in an application, but the few suggested in the forum previously were not satisfactory.
Then I decided to look for code in some other language that could be translated to B4A, and so I found a very light code that is quite adequate for what I need. I think it can be a good addition for those in the community looking for something similar.
I usually have no difficulty translating VB6, VB.Net, or some of the simpler Java code, but I'm finding it difficult because it uses B4A classes and libraries that are not very familiar to me.
I am attaching the original in VB6 as well as my translation attempt. If anyone is interested in helping me, I will be very grateful.

I don't think that the guys here spend some hours and transscript your VB code to a B4A app (this can be done in the Jobs subforum). So it's better to ask "how do I ..." and you get help for sure.

If you need help for a CCTV-App use the search function. There is an example and some good threads about it.

Thanks for spending your time looking at the post.
I understand that a forum is used not only to ask questions but also to share codes and as a collaborative tool. I've seen countless users asking for a good solution from MPEG to B4A, which does not exist so far.
If no one is willing to help, I will certainly move the code gradually until I find a solution, but it can be simple for someone with more experience, and it would be available to help other users as well.
So I do not really agree with your point of view.
If anyone else is interested, my thanks in advance
