Recently one of my clients told me that Android did not support multiple user "logins" like Windows (Surface, Windows 8.1) will allow.
i.e. The device is (like windows) unusable unless user ONE provides ID/password; User TWO can use the same device by providing his ID/password.
Similar to Windows, multiple users can login and use the computer's resources. Without the login, the computer is not usable.
Can this functionality be created/provided within the Android environment?
    Thanks,
    Rusty

Lollipop 5.0 has it built into the OS

That is good news... covers even more devices then.

I think the implementation is more complete and more like a windows style user in 5.0
