multilingual support & error loading

I discovered that the problem behind the massage:
"error loading program
ArgumentOutOfRangeException"
caused by using the Calendar control.
if you don't use it you can run the program on the device !!!

Can you post a code sample with this error happening?

the problem is probably connected to Hebrew and far east languages
the code is not important, it happen if you try to run a program with calendar control defined

Is there a solution? I have the same problem with Regional set to "Chinese (Hong Kong S.A.R.)"; no problem with "English (United Kingdom)" for example.

Just for info, the calendar control does not conflict with Japanese.
