No you cant, even assuming you got the MP3 in a legitimate way you still are not allowed to reproduce or even include the file with your app, you need specific permission from the artist (AND his publishing company) to include it, this also is going to become a lot more difficult if you want to distribute the music to more countries, since you will need to check with the distributing rights for each individual country.
I would propose to either buy music (obviously not from a well known artist) that you can use for your app (note that even then you need to make sure you get the propper license) or find an indie artist that is willing to provide you with an original score, again make sure he provides propper licensing and that he has the rights to perform the piece.
