B4R Question Nano comport error

The comport assigned to Nano in device manager shows no problem. See the image. Any idea?

I used Uno many times without any issue.. this is the first time I use Nano. it's detected the board and the port successfully but it didn't load the sketch

Try to reload bootloader. It's simple with uno

Waiting for a second board to arrive. because bootloader is from board to board.

In fact I don't know yet.. I just used UNO that worked before. I hope time will allow me to troubleshoot the NANO with bootloader
