need a developer for location app

hi all,

i need an app developed which does
installs as a service
gets and sends out location to a mysql database without using gps
is able to calculate distance between current location and a array of predefined lat lons
recieve and show push notifications.

Thanks to all the assistance on these forums..i have been able to finish the app myself... therefore this requirement dosent exist anymore. The administrator can delete this post if necessary..
