You cannot access /rdc path from browser.
It is meant to access by your client app.

Right now, my work has come to a complete stop because of the jRDC2 connection issue.
I’m committed to using Hostinger long-term and really need your help to get this fixed.
Could you please assist me in resolving the database configuration problem?
Even a quick guide or direct support through hPanel would make a huge difference.
