Have a series of games that includes a contest that
1) will track and rank the current standings of participants
2) facilitate mini contests through a general challenge or a challenge directed to another participant
Need someone for the back end that in addition to items 1 and 2 would include membership signup and tracking of tickets to prevent reuse.
Work would be for the agreed amount paid at agreed stages. Continued involvement for maintenance, upgrades and improvements is possible and in fact preferred if desired by both parties after completion of initial project. Or usage fee would be considered if control and ownership is of interest.
