Need library for use AIDL service

Hello Evryone!
I need to know how could be the cost and time to develop a B4A library to use an AIDL service.
The AIDL service pilots some feature of this device

Mainly I need to pilot the thermal printer, the second display and the RFID reader.

Hi, I should see the documentation before, but printing and rfid will be no problem for sure. I'm almost pretty sure about 2nd screen wont be a problem too, but have to see specs before.
You online need the library, right?
I mean, the rest of the app is up to you, right?

Yes, the app it will be mine. The second display is not mandatory.
