I run an automotive business and need to automate this task.
1- need a simple application on raspberry pi to organize the jobs among the technicians, for example it will include the technicians names, customer info and phone vehicle info, remarks, jobs description, date in, date out, also simple reporting to know how the work flow among them on weekly basis.
2- optional feature that the raspberry pi will call customers with a recorded message, email and send also text message when vehicle ready. this is optional base don who much will cost and how you plan to achieve it. I need solution when the RPI is connected to the internet and when standalone how it can be done. also study the possibility of
