A new GPSGNSS library for B4A will be released soon. It will retain the functionality of the native GPS library, but will have several new methods and events. The main advantage of this library will be its compatibility from SDK under 24 to SDK34 and maybe new future versions of android... The goal is to use one library for old and new versions of android. Switching to the new library will be painless as most of the methods and events from the native GPS library will remain the same. The library will automatically select the GPS or GNSS android classes, depending on the android version of the device.
