Android Question New PC, error running APK

Hi. Installed B4A (12.50) on a new PC.
My app compiles, but I get the error below when running. On my old PC with B4A (upgraded many times) the app compiles, installs and runs perfectly. I have copied the same libraries to the new PC (pics below as well). Any ideas? What else could be different between the two PC's to cause this?

Solved by re-copying the source code....
