Yipee, my (and my son's) phone contracts are due for renewal, new phones for both of us. a lot has changed in the two years I got the last one (HTC Hero) so we looked on the net and decided on the HTC Sensation XE. O2 are doing them for £21.50 pm great value.
So I ordered 2 from Phones 4U. One went through but confirmation for the second one didn't appear. I thought I'd use their online chat to see what happened. At first the guy said that the security checks had failed, and of course I asked if that was on both phones as I'd had confirmation on one. A few minutes later he came back and told me that the second order had been cancelled as you could only order one new contract phone from O2 in a 6 month period at the same address (through phones 4U I hope).
Unfortunately their loss is someone else gain, I found the same deal elsewhere, so now awaiting 2 new phones to play with.
Just felt like a gripe about something that should be so simple. Some companies obviously just don't need the money.
