[Noob Alert] how do I imbed a picture as a banner

Simple question with what i know to be a simple solution.

Embed it where? in an HTML, a ScrollView, etc etc?

just an image, so i guess HTML would work, but i'm not sure. I want it to be at the top of the page with a form below it.

yes i did and i thought i understood it but in my code i had to click on the image to get it to show up properly, and i just want a picture, i don't want it to be a button just a static image. I have a feeling that my issues with programming in android are not that of understanding the code but more or less understanding the capabilities and limitations of programming in android.

Ok, then post your project, from the IDE click on File -> Export as ZIP and attach it.
