if i made a .jar on jdk1.7.0_71
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.7.0_71\bin\javac.exe
what the users need install on pc to run my.jar?

i want to put this .jar to download at google play store, app + .jar
but i dont know what need to run, and java jdk is 100MB +
