Android Question Nook HD+ error

Hi guys i have an app on the app store (link below), it has around 50K downloads and i had a 1 star feedback saying:

App installed, opened once now won't open

I asked what device and version of Android it was using and the guy said

Had this issue on my Nook HD+ tablet. Running stock Nook firmware (Skinned Android 4.x if I recall correctly).

I have not had this problem reported with any other device, i was wondering if anyone else had any problems with their apps on the Nook HD+, or if anyone with a Nook HD+ could download and take a look (the app is only of use to people living and using non free telephone numbers in the UK).

your thoughts are most welcome.
