Bug? Not listing 'SDK Platforms' in Android SDK Manager

Hello everyone! I'm following the instructions in the B4A Beginners Guide. I've installed Java SDK by clicking on the link in the manual (32 bit and 64 bit as suggested). That bit went OK.

Next tried to install the SDK by clicking on the link in the manual (page 9, Getting Started). Everything seemed to go OK but when the Android SDK Manager ran, it listed all the APIs (as shown in the user guide) but when each API folder was expanded, there were no 'SDK Platform' entries listed so I cannot select any!

Any ideas? All help welcome!

OK, after further investigation, it turns out that something is wrong with the URL in the B4A Beginners Guide - it must go to an incorrect or out of date site or something. I went direct to android.com, downloaded the appropriate files and installed everything OK. I tested B4A with my actual device and got it all working and programming so all is good! :)
