notepad to store code

In the IME editor are, I'd like to have a button on the top bar (next to the release, debug) that I could press and a notepad would pop up. Then I could paste stuff there. Pressing it again would go back to the IME. The info would stay there. This way I don't have to open up the notepad to store code. Sometimes I want to cut out code and not use it for a few minutes while I'm editing. So I use the notepad. This area would not be used for anything and its just text. it should be saved along with the program.

This would help a lot.

I'm not sure if this is helpful or not but Goggle for "DLMSoft Copy/Paste Clipboard Extender".
I use it all the time for temporarily storing code while programming.
