1. Specify "Thousands" separator
2. Specify "Decimal" separator
3. Specify Exponent format.

Just doing that now, I realised I have already done most of it in bits and pieces.

Time to do some research on libraries/code modues/classes/types I haven't paid much attention to these and left them to the experts. Time to try after Christmas.
