IDE Enhancements

IDE related suggestions.

1. An Object Browser for libraries classes & properties etc would be nice.
   
2. All the outlining menu selections on the right click context menu for those of us who visual studio regularly.
   
3. Comment/uncomment on the same context menu is more ergonomic.
   
4. A compile only button on the tool bar.

This I would love to see, I was going to suggest it myself, but figured to search first if it already was. And here you go, it was.
