Android Question Offline Voice Recognition

Hi, any way to do an offline voice driven app? (no english only)

TIP: I've downloaded Google Now. Under Settings, Voice, I've selected Offline voice and download the spanish package... now works offline...

This option works only with google now app? or we can use it in our app...I've been searching for some answers also
