Android Question OK, Google: how to start my app ?

HI, All

Google assistant understands when i need to start Skype or Viber.
It's OK to send message by Viber or Whatapp (but not by Skype: no interface to dictate TO and BODY).
But how to start my app, what app ID should be dictated by voice ?
