Open last project

When opening B4A, you always start with an empty project. Wouldn't it be better to open the one you were working on the last time by default?

I don't know about better, but it might be nice as an option :sign0060:. I would prefer it, but I know some might not.

Another path to this is:

- Instead of opening B4a and then opening your project, do both at once by double clicking the icon for your project file.

In Win 7 I just pin Basic4Android to the Taskbar and then use the jumplist to open my last project. Works fine, but the option to open last project wouldn't make me cry either!
