I have to make a small program for an Opticon H-22 with barcode reader, RFID scanner and connect to a MS SQL Database.
Can this be done with Basic4ppc and is Basic4ppc still available. If so are the
experienced Basic4ppc programmers in Holland
who can assist me (payed) with this project or help me up to speed with Basic4ppc

The answer is Yes it can!
It is a Windows Mobile system, B4PPC is still available. You can get the input of the barcodereader and you can connect to a mssql database, and there are experienced Basic4ppc programmers in Holland.
I'm not realy experienced, i speak dutch (though i live in Austria) and always want to help you with the basics.
