Android Question OSMDroid - (ANDROID 7 / 4.4.2)

I have develop an apps with Andoird 4.4.2. using osmdroid. works like a charm.
now I am trying to run on android 7 and the map is not working.

Is any one can share some info.

I know that I need to use runtime permisions. and I all ready try it. even change the to targetSdkVersion="19".

no luck.

works fine on 4.4.2 but 6+ no.
