Other Packaging files. Error

Any ideas?

A few days ago I started getting the error "Packaging files. Error" on hitting F5

Although I know I must have changed something in the environment I can not remember what.

Searching for others who have had the same or similar issues

I have uninstalled AVG antivirus.
I have made sure I do not have any preview channel tools installed.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Java(version 8 update 92, build 1.8.0_92-b14), SDK and B4A (5.8), just to insure I was not running anything out of date.

I have attached a log which may help.

Hi MarcoRome

Yes I spotted that post while searching, I do not have any of the tools from the preview channel installed

Go Menu B4A ---> Tools --> Run AVD Manager
again menu AVD Manager ---> Tools --> Manage SDK

Currently the only things installed are shown below
Before reinstalling I did have everything between API 14 to API 19 and all the tools but have not yet added them back in.

Thanks MarcoRome you pointed me in the right direction with your last comment.

Having gone through again it turns out that I was not overwriting the Google Play Services version 30 with the version 29 ones on the correct drive. Doh!

Comes from having a small(ish) SSD as C: with Windows 10 on and keeping the programs and data on a separate larger HDD as E:

When I reinstalled everything some of it ended up on a different drive than it had been on before.

Anyway all up and running again :)
