it's possible to have pagination without animation ?

when i use the command pagination.selctedindex from 0 to 1 i have an animation (sliding of panes) it's possible to eliminate it ?

It is not possible to disable the animation. However it should be quite simple to create a similar layout made of panels and buttons.
