Hello, I am looking for a developer for a project that I need.
It is basically an app for independent lenders, I need a Windows app that manages all users, and the app that is divided into 3 types of users (Lender, Collector and Debtor).
-The lender can create loans, view debtor statements, add debtors, collect and view debtor reports.
-The Collector can see the information of the debtors and manage the collections.
-The debtor can see only his information.
The project is still in the development phase, but I don't have time to develop, so I opted to pay someone to do it for me.
