paint a single letter in a label, is this possible?

hi

i would like to paint a single letter in a label, how can i do it

for example:

label1.text = "good morning"

and the color is black

now i would like to paint each letter via a timer in blue

every sec. one letter will be blue and the other letters will be black

is this possible?
