Paypall vs Plimus

To buy B4A there seems to be two purchasing options?
The Paypall one is in US dollars and doesnt have UK VAT added so that seems better?
When I purchase is the B4A file emailed to me or is it a link to download.
Just wondering if I get it the same way which ever method I use?

Never heard of Plimus before?

PayPal option was added today. We are working with Plimus for over 4 years and they are very reliable. With both options you will receive an email shortly after purchase with the download link.
