given the collapse of air and ground travel in the current strategy against CoronaV - when a restart begins would governments just put the billions into reviving traditional fossil fuel based transportation or would there be attempts to redress climate change by beefing up e-vehicles, or better, my money on h-vehicles, installing charging stations / converting sections of fossil fuel services......?
I wonder if there is a politician out there brave enough to say that out loud ....
