Play Ringtone stopped working

I have an app that was working fine playing a ringtone but now I've made two changes:

1. I bought a new phone, the LG Intuition with 4.0.3 Ice Cream

2. I installed the latest B4A IDE.

In my debugger the following line no longer produces a ringtone as before. Is this an OS issue do you think?

mpp.Load(r.Target, "content://settings/system/ringtone")

You should use RingToneManager to play a ringtone.
