Android Question Play RTSP format in B4a

I have a DVR device that is available with local IP.
I tried ExoPlayer and VideoView or Vitamine player but not working.
Is there a way to play this format in the app?

Is there a jquery or web library for shop RTSP format? (I want to show it in Webview if maybe)

RTSP could not be played directly in WebView. It can only be oppened in default player directly from webview if there is a button or link.
