B4R Question PMS7003 - Laser PM2.5 Dust Sensor

I didn't found any library for B4r for this sensor. Is it possible for someone to make one?
I have ordered sensor for testing with NodeMCU.

It looks like a very simple serial TTL protocol.
You have all information.
Just do it
