Android Question Prevent orientation change?

I have an app which can be started in landscape or portrait mode. Once the app is started, I want to prevent an orientation change. Is this possible? Many thanks.

at the code screen at most top, you can see project attiributes and supported orientations. If you want just portrait for example write only portrait and it will not change to anything.

@tufanv: Thanks for this. I know about this but my app can be started in either mode, only a change is not allowed during running as this will interfere with the calculations.
