Android Question Problem Installing Google Play services

Hi All

I am trying to follow the instruction:
"Android Tutorial Google Play Services - Installation & Tips"
but "Google Play Services" does not show in SDK Manager. I have downloaded and installed the latest JDK thinking this would give me the latest SDK manager. No change. Any help greatly appreciated.

PS I had to run the SDK Manager from Windows Explorer. I thought it was run from the AVD Manager but nothing in AVD Manager to do this.???

The JDK has nothing to do with the Android SDK, you will have to re-install the SDK from Google again, I would suggest a clean install.

I think I am back on track, down loading and installing.
