Problem with SOME Lib files

Uploaded B4A yesterday, everything seemed good - tried some of the additional Lib, and they worked well - however some won't compile - this is the typical error message I get

Compiling code. Error
Error parsing program.
Error description: Unknown type: phoneintents
Are you missing a library reference?
Occurred on line: 5

I have uploaded and saved the latest Phone lib, to the correct path (as I defined in path configuration) both the jar and xml files.

I'm using Vista home Premium cw sp2

Mqke you that you have the library you want to use selected in the Libraries tab in the right hand pane.
